Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan is free forever with no credit card required, it's a real tier, not a trial.
What happens when I hit the 10-lead limit on the free plan?
You'll still see your most recent 10 leads. Older ones are kept but hidden until you upgrade.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately, no waiting for a billing cycle.
What counts as a 'site'?
Each website or domain you install the tracking snippet on counts as one site.
What happens if I go over my session limit?
On Free, older sessions age out automatically at no charge. On Starter and Growth, you get an email at 100% usage, nothing is auto-charged. On Agency, sessions are pooled across every site on the account, and going over just flags it for a quick chat with sales, no surprise invoice.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid plan, email us and we'll refund you, no argument.
