What happens when I hit the 10-lead limit on the free plan?
You'll still see your most recent 10 leads. Older ones are kept but hidden until you upgrade.
Can I change plans at any time?

What counts as a 'site'?
Each website or domain you install the tracking snippet on counts as one site.
What's a 'session' and what happens if I go over?
A session is one visit from a visitor to your site. On Free, older sessions just age out at no charge. On Starter and Growth, you'll get an email at 100% usage, but nothing is auto-charged. On Agency, sessions are pooled across all your sites, and going over just flags it for a conversation with sales.
Do you offer refunds?
