↑ This is what a real lead feed looks like: calls sit right alongside your forms and bookings.
What this actually tracks
This logs that a call happened and what came of it. It doesn't record or automatically re-attribute every call the way a dedicated call tracking platform does, and we'd rather tell you that upfront.
What we do
- Give you a real number that forwards to your business, like normal
- Log every call: who called, how long, and whether it connected
- Log missed calls too, not just the ones that got through
- Match a call back to the site visit that likely triggered it, when there's exactly one candidate
- Let you label each number by channel, so you know where a call came from
What we don't do
- Record or transcribe the call
- Swap the number shown to each visitor automatically (dynamic number insertion)
- Guarantee attribution when more than one visitor could have made the same call
- Include it free, it's a paid add-on on top of your plan
Need automatic per-visitor number swapping or call recording? See how Lead Recorder compares to CallRail, which does both today.
Set up in the time it takes to buy a number
No phone system to configure, no porting your existing number anywhere.
Get a tracking number
Pick a country, and an area code if it matters to you, from your dashboard. We provision a real number through Twilio in seconds.
Forward it to your real number
Set the number it should ring through to. Callers dial your tracking number, you answer like you always do.
Every call becomes a lead
Answered, missed, or busy, it's logged with the caller's number and how long the call ran, right alongside your forms and bookings.
Give each channel its own
number, and know it
Put one number on your Google Business listing, a different one in a Google Ads campaign, and a third on your homepage. Every call tells you which one rang, and if a website visitor clicked the same number just before calling, we'll attach that visit's source too.

“I run SEO Growth, a Sydney agency managing 130+ client campaigns. I can watch leads come in live and see exactly what page, ad, or search brought them there.”

A paid add-on, not a hidden fee
Call tracking runs on real telephone infrastructure, so it's billed separately from your plan rather than folded into the base price.
Call Tracking
Add-on- 2 tracking numbers
- 150 call minutes/mo included
- United States, Canada, or Australia
- Requires an active Business, Studio, or Agency plan
Call tracking, explained
What it tells you, and where it honestly stops.
Is this a real phone call, or just click detection?
A real call. This provisions an actual phone number through Twilio that forwards to your business. If you only need to know someone tapped a number on your site, phone click tracking is free and included on every plan; this is for when you need the call itself logged.
Does it record the call?
No. We log that a call happened, who called, how long it ran, and whether it connected, not what was said. If you need recordings or transcripts, CallRail and WhatConverts do that; we don't yet.
Do you support dynamic number insertion?
Not yet. Today you provision a fixed number per channel, your site, a specific ad campaign, a print listing, and label it so you know where calls came from. A single number that automatically shows a different digit to every visitor, for fully automatic per-session attribution, isn't built.
How much does it cost?
$29/mo on top of an active Business, Studio, or Agency plan, with 2 numbers and 150 minutes included. It's billed separately since it runs on real telephone infrastructure, not something we can fold into the base price.
What countries can I get a number in?
United States, Canada, and Australia today, with more added as we clear the same regulatory approval Twilio requires for each country.
What happens to missed calls?
They're logged too. No-answer, busy, and failed calls all show up in your feed with that status, not just the ones that connect. A missed call is still worth knowing about.
