A mock of what the popup shows — install it to see your own sites.
What it checks on the active tab
Phone numbers
Every number on the page, split into real tel: links versus plain text that won't tap-to-call on mobile.
Call tracking scripts
Detects CallRail, Invoca, CallTrackingMetrics, WhatConverts, Ringba, and eight other common vendors.
Lead Recorder
Confirms whether the site already has Lead Recorder's tracking script installed.
GA4 & Google Tag Manager
Checks for both, independently, so you know exactly what's actually firing.
Built for agencies auditing client sites
Pull up a prospect's site, click the icon, and know in under a second whether their phone tracking is actually working, without asking for access to their analytics. Just as useful on your own site before a launch.
Chrome extension, explained
What does the extension actually check?
Click it on any open tab and it inspects that page's live, rendered HTML: every phone number, whether each one is a real tel: link, and whether a call tracking script, Lead Recorder, GA4, or GTM is present. It also highlights untracked numbers directly on the page so you can see exactly which ones to fix.
How is this different from the Click-to-Call Scanner tool?
The Click-to-Call Scanner fetches a URL's raw HTML from our server, so it can't see anything a client-side script injects after load, and it can't reach pages behind a login. The extension runs in your actual browser tab, on the fully rendered page, so it works on single-page apps, gated dashboards, and anything else a plain fetch would miss.
Does it collect or send any data?
No. All processing happens locally in your browser. The extension makes no network requests of its own and sends nothing to Lead Recorder or anywhere else.
Do I need a Lead Recorder account to use it?
No. It's a free diagnostic tool that works on any site, whether or not that site uses Lead Recorder.
Does it work on every website?
It works on any regular http/https page. A small number of sites (browser internal pages, some heavily locked-down pages) block extensions from reading the page at all, in which case it'll tell you it couldn't scan the page.
