Turn a messy export into a report a client will actually read

Paste a GA4 or Meta Ads CSV export. Get top channels, cost per lead, and a plain-English summary: nothing uploaded, nothing saved.

Export “Traffic acquisition” from GA4 or a campaign breakdown from Meta Ads Manager, then paste just the header row and data rows here. Nothing you paste leaves your browser.

Tired of building this by hand every month?

Lead Recorder generates a live, client-facing lead feed automatically, filterable by source and date, no CSV exports or copy-pasting required.

Clients don't want your GA4 dashboard. They want the answer.

Raw exports assume context clients don't have

"Session default channel group" and "(not set)" mean nothing to a client who just wants to know which ads are working.

Cost per lead is the number that actually lands

A channel-by-channel cost-per-lead breakdown answers the question a client is actually asking, faster than any chart does.

A rebuilt-from-scratch report every month doesn't scale

This speeds up the one-off version. For something that stays current without a re-export every time, see the callout below.

Report generator, explained

What CSV format does this expect?

Any CSV with one column identifying the channel or campaign, and one column with a lead or conversion count; a cost column is optional but unlocks cost-per-lead. GA4's Traffic acquisition export, a Meta Ads Manager campaign breakdown, and most spreadsheet exports all work once you map the right columns.

My export has extra rows at the top before the real header. Will that break it?

Yes, remove those first. GA4 in particular sometimes includes a few metadata lines (date ranges, report titles) above the actual data table. Paste just the header row and the data rows beneath it, and the tool will handle commas, quoted fields, and column order from there.

Does my data get uploaded anywhere?

No. Parsing, aggregation, and the summary are all generated in your browser with plain JavaScript: nothing you paste is sent to our servers or stored anywhere. That matters here more than most tools, since this data is often a client's actual ad spend.

How is the plain-English summary written?

By a fixed set of rules applied to your actual numbers: which channel drove the most leads, which had the lowest cost per lead, and any channel that spent money with zero recorded leads. There's no AI writing or guessing involved; every sentence is a direct readout of the data you provided.

Can I turn this into an actual PDF?

Click "Print / Save as PDF": it opens your browser's print dialog with everything except the report itself hidden, and every modern browser lets you save a print job as a PDF instead of sending it to a printer.

Why doesn't this update automatically like a real dashboard?

Because it's a one-off CSV translator, not a live reporting tool; you'd need to re-export and re-paste every time. If you want a client-facing report that stays current on its own, that's a different kind of tool entirely (see the callout below).
