Claude Connector

Ask Claude howyour leads are doing

Lead Recorder runs a remote MCP server so Claude can pull a site's lead report or flag a quiet client, without you opening the dashboard. Read-only, and it never sees a lead's name, email, or phone number.

Included on every plan · No extra setup for existing accounts

Three things you can ask

Each tool is read-only and scoped to what you can already see by logging in.

list_sites

“What sites do I have connected in Lead Recorder?”

Lists every site the connected account can see reports for — name and domain only.

get_monthly_report

“Write me this month’s report for Bob’s Plumbing.”

Total leads, new vs. returning, phone/form/email/booking split, paid/organic/direct breakdown, and top sources — all aggregated, no individual lead details.

get_quiet_sites

“Which of my client sites have gone quiet this week?”

Flags any site with zero leads in a given window and how many days it's been — built for agencies watching multiple clients.

Two ways to connect

01

claude.ai

Open the Lead Recorder connector from claude.ai's directory and click Connect. You'll sign in (or already be signed in) and see a consent screen naming the account you're about to connect — a standard OAuth 2.1 flow with PKCE.

02

Claude Desktop / Claude Code

Generate a personal key from Account → API access → Claude/MCP, then add it as a bearer token to your .mcp.json config. Revoking it never affects an existing claude.ai connection.

Already have an account? Connect from Account → API access.

Common questions

What can Claude actually see?

Only what the connecting user could already see by logging in — site names and domains, plus aggregated lead counts and breakdowns. None of the three tools return an individual lead's name, email, or phone number.

Can Claude change anything in my account?

No. All three tools are read-only, idempotent, and only touch the connected account's own data — there's no create, edit, or delete capability exposed.

Does this cost extra?

No, it's included on every plan, including the free one. It uses the same API access as our Zapier/Make integration, just issued from its own key so revoking one never affects the other.

How do I disconnect it?

Revoke the key from Account → API access at any time, or disconnect the connector directly from claude.ai's own connector settings.
