How to track Acuity Scheduling bookings with Lead Recorder

Track Acuity Scheduling bookings in Lead Recorder by redirecting to a thank you page after each booking.

Acuity lets you redirect clients to a custom URL after they book. Point that redirect to your thank you page so Lead Recorder can log the booking.

Step 1: Create a thank you page

Create a page on your website (e.g. yourwebsite.com/thank-you) and install the Lead Recorder snippet site-wide.

Step 2: Configure the redirect in Acuity

  1. 1Log in to your Acuity Scheduling account.
  2. 2Go to Business Settings > Scheduling Page Options.
  3. 3Find the After Booking or Confirmation Page section.
  4. 4Select Redirect to a URL and enter your thank you page URL.
  5. 5Save your settings.

On some Acuity plans, the redirect option is under Client Scheduling Page > Confirmation Settings.

Step 3: Test

Book a test appointment and confirm you land on the thank you page. Check your Lead Recorder dashboard for the new lead.

Tip: When Acuity is embedded on your site, the snippet has already captured the visitor's traffic source before the booking flow starts. That source carries through to the lead record.
