How to track Gravity Forms submissions

Track Gravity Forms submissions by setting a confirmation redirect to your thank you page.

Gravity Forms has a built-in redirect confirmation. No plugins or code needed.

Step 1: Create a thank you page

Create a WordPress page at yourwebsite.com/thank-you and install the Lead Recorder snippet site-wide.

Step 2: Set the confirmation redirect

1. 1In WordPress admin, go to Forms and open the form you want to track.
2. 2Click Settings > Confirmations.
3. 3Click the Default Confirmation to edit it.
4. 4Change Confirmation Type from Text to Redirect.
5. 5Enter your thank you page URL in the Redirect URL field.
6. 6Save the confirmation.

Step 3: Test

Submit the form and confirm you land on the thank you page. Check your Lead Recorder dashboard for the new lead.
